Maxiumum Stores???

Hello,


Recently the maximum amount of stores i was aloud to have increased for no apparent reason (may have missed some update) from 12/15 stores, Since i was close to upgrading to Limited Corp i decided to wait and no use them on lvl 2 stores. After upgrading to limited it changed to 12/20 stores happy days i thought.

I started to build new stores and once i hit 16/20 it said i needed a store expansion agreement.

That's all well and good but if that's the case should my stores not say 16/16???? I have attached a Croped Pic to show.

Just wondering if i have a bug and should be able to build more stores or Its just an error and i have maxed my stores at 16.

Sorry for the confusion!
Before routine maintenance, stores built with the use of Store Expansion Agreements were not counted into the maximum number of stores. In this way, players could build more stores than the maximum store cap. After the latest routine maintenance in game, the stores built with the use of Store Expansion Agreement will be counted into caps of stores.
You have upgraded your company to a Limited one. So you can build 16 stores and 4 stores built with the use of Store Expansion Agreement. That's to say, before the maintenance, it should display 16/16. But after that, it should display 16/20. It includes the 4 stores of using Store Expansion Agreements.

It's basically a fail-safe they installed because some people were exceeding the number of store expansions you should be able to use, whether intentionally done or not, it's still not something desirable to see people with more stores than should be possible.

I still don't get it why I can't create store if my cap is not maxed (Store Expansion or not).

If with your company level you can make 20 stores , but you have 3 store expansion , it should then be /23 , now I am at 40/44 but never got 4 store expansions, and I was maxed out it stores before the maintenance, and after I could create 2 mores ....

Everytime BTO you implent something or try to fix something , you just make it worse or buggier ... what about fixing the old-timers bug you haven't got the courage to fix yet ? (Chat problems, screen switching after completing tasks/communications,queues not working properly,etc.. etc.. etc...)

why are you checking the account, theres about 200 posts about this already, store expansions allow you to make the stores now, they do not effect the cap, the cap is stores allowed + store expansions allowed since the update, meaning you can create the amount of stores the upgrade says - the number of store expansions allowed at your level.

That s the thing.. i cant create the ammount the cap says so whats the point saying /38 if you CANT make 38 ?

We take our sincerity to notice you that you have 36 required free creating stores numbers and another accumulating 8 creating numbers by using store expansion agreements. I just upgraded to Multinational Group, I've bought 3 expansion agreements in the past [one just yesterday], but when I try to build store 31 it says I need to buy an expansion agreement.

what is the 8 for ? Maximum of store expansion agreements possible ? Pretty confusing the way you made it

We have checked that you are  Imperial Corporation. You can create 36 stores for free, while you also have 8 times chance to use the store expansion agreements  which means you can maximum store cap. After maintenance, we have added the extra  store expansion agreements  chance to the store cap.  Hope this can be helpful to you.

I suggested it before, but repetition seems to be working. Just put an extra information text(box) at the company upgrade page and while hovering over the X/X display on the mainpage.It should be something like: You can build 20 stores, 16 because of company level and an additional 4 with store expansion agreement. It is just confusing this way. Player have a genuine point here, BTO should be making efforts to explain stuff to people.

You're right, they should differentiate between standard store cap and extra stores. It's very confusing the way it is right now

Also, when you go to Business- Company Info- Upgrade in game, you can see the same details.

Now the SEA/Stores problem has been fixed. You guys can kindly check it.

For example, if you company is Multinational Group, you can create up to 30 stores and can use the Store Expansion Agreement 7 time(s).
30 stores belong in standard store cap while Store Expansion Agreement 7 time(s) belongs in extra stores. That means if your stores up to the upper limit 37/37, you can't create stores anymore.

Dear Moderator, I'm already aware of that information, I'm just saying that instead of having 16/20 stores and not being able to create more you should have sth like 16/16 (+4) as it is for employee's attributes when using attire... e.g. exec 100/100 (+3)
The way it is now makes ppl think: Great, I can still build 4 stores!! Oh no, wait... I have to spend a huge load of money if I want to build'em!

And btw why am I not quoting the whole text?
