I am not a big gold buyer and choose the items I do buy with gold wisely. If we cannot use items that we paid for with real money, then bto are not delivering what they say they will deliver. This is unacceptable so it is not good enough to say that they are only CS. They are the customer facing part of the organisation and when I pay with real gold I am, without doubt, a customer. When it is a bug that does not involve real money, we do not have much power but we now need to assert whatever power we do have if this is not fixed quickly. My own case is very easy. Look at the minimum for Imperieal Group, look at how many stores I had yesterday morning, subtract the number of the minimum from the number I had which gives you the number of SEAs I had. Increase the number I can have as a minimum for Intercontinental, which I achieved yesterday, to allow for the number of SEAs I had at the point of upgrade. I am losing 150K per day for each 1 star level 5 store that I am losing, plus I will need to demolish more lower level stores in order to get the 30 level 5 perfects that I require. I am getting very angry at the way real customers are being treated. |
