How do I raise employee proficiency? Sorry for another noob question

You can mouse over "employee proficiency" to get the information. There you will find that employee proficiency is automaticly raised every hour if the worker has a job. On top of that, employee proficiency can also be raised by making him do routines every day.

The employee's Proficiency Degree is related to Junior Further Training. The Junior Further Training needs some degrees of Proficiency. Please enter employee's information page, click Further Training- Junior Further Training, and then you can check the requirements about the Proficiency Degrees.

thank you. It was bothering me that it went down after a failed further training. I thought is would bring down revenue.

Glad to help you. The proficiency of your employee will go down if you fail the Further Training, and it won't affect the revenue.

Dear ASB,
In general, the employee’s proficiency degree is related to further training. Employee needs some degrees of proficiency to go on further training. At present other options are unavailable when your employee’s proficiency has reached the max (960). But it will decrease when your employee is failed in further training.

I have further training on a employee, she already has PR talent, so I trained her with catering business to gain some exp in catering. Dont know if she still need such training or not.

After the further training, she decreased 40% proficiency. What happen?

The conditions are listed when you press into further training. First, you need to fulfill the tcn (varies for level), the proficiency (experience), and time interval. If you fail on further training, the proficiency goes down 40% (current proficiency * 0.6 = remaining proficiency). If you are successful on further training, it will increase her max execution and management as well as her "color" changes.

Junior Further Training, which is paid for with TCN, has some chance of failure.  In the case that the further training fails, the employee has a 40% decrease in proficiency.  As you try to train to a higher level, the chance of failure increases (ex: green to blue has a higher chance of failure than white to green).  Higher proficiency and company level can help raise the success rate slightly.  Further training done on Saturday has a doubled base success rate.

It meant the training failed since your employee decreases 40% proficiency. Experience can be improved by taking part in training; either in the form of TCN training (Only once in 24 hours with a certain success rate. Cost is decided according to company level) and Gold training (with 100% success rate).

One of my guy reaches maximum management yesterday, is further training the only way to extend the point? Should I keep trying further training on him? Or my employee will upgrade by themselves while company upgraded? Or they will be forever the same without training?

As a little tip, I noticed that if you max out the stats of an employee, you will no longer get points to distribute while waiting for "further training" success.  So, fill up all but one point (either execution or management, doesn't matter) and keep training/routines so that you can stockpile points to distribute once your "further training" is successful and your employee's max value of execution/management increases.

I have seen it posted several times about how hard the 40% hit is, my question is. is it required to have max proficiency when doing further training?

No its not required that have your proficiency maxed, you just need what the system is asking for, and that number depends on what kind expirience level your worker is, that you want to upgrade to.

i tried and tried and tried but my employees always fails. i tried  un-assigning a green employee with maxed mgt, execution, ability, loyalty, and more than enough proficiency and on a weekend and still failed  

i hope you can increase the success rate just a little bit for further training paid by tcn.

BTO should add something like a medal that gives 10 % more chances to succeed . That could be rely useful
