[All servers] Game Guide ERROR CORRECTION

Hi All,

Have you noticed the the in-game link to the Game Guide? Yeah, it's helpful, isn't it? But there are still lots of articles that need to be corrected.

Any players that find faults within articles, please reply below with a link to the article, and what needs to be corrected.

With each article that is amended, players will be rewarded with 1 prestige point. Prestige points can be exchanged for valuable in-game items.

i figured id keep it seperate so the print screens dont get confusing

in description you mention "daily quests" but it should either say "Quests" or "daily AND serial quests"

id like to suggest a different explanation for this description:

"Headhunting is where you can view other players Employees that you would like to employ yourself, after you chose the headhunt button on a competators employee page the employee will show in the "headhunt" list until you choose to remove him/her OR they are fired. Good employees are shown in bulliten if they are not Loyal employees when recruited. To view this list simply click "charactor" then "headhunted".

It's not really an "error" but I'd like to see more information in the guide, like the lists of information that were in the BTO University.

Example: Company Upgrade Page

Knowing the process of how to upgrade is nice, but a guide should have more information on requirements to upgrade for each level and such.

Also in the Company Info section of the guide, there is no "Sales Industry" to show the store types. Catering is also before "Bankruptcy." The 4 industries should all be listed together either under or over Bankruptcy.



Also in this section, there are some problems on individual industry pages:

Entertainment Industry has level 6 stores, but they don't fit on the page:


Service Industry either doesn't have level 6 stores, or they're there but don't fit on the page like Entertainment Industry:


And the Catering Industry page doesn't even have level 5 stores listed, there are some store images missing, and the images for the catering industry stores have white backgrounds instead of transparent like the other industries:

Suggestion: The page titled "Wallpapers" ( http://bto.dovogame.com:8003/htm ... /2010/0211/109.html ) looks like it has some good shots, but clicking on them only shows the same image at the same resolution. Normally, wallpapers would refer to images of a resolution that could be used on most computer monitors (such as 800x600, 1920x1080, etc), rather than the ones which they are (215x353, etc).

Unless perhaps you're referring to phone wallpapers, in which case labeling them as such would be handy.

I don't know if this is a suggestion or point out an error by omission:

In Lucky Fragments section of the guide, there should be a mention of the requisite wealth, which scales by Company level, needed to play Lucky Fragments.  Even better would be a chart that listed the requisite wealth needed for each Company level.

So the one problem i have is that yall use to have the present for the next company upgrade next to the players rewards and now its not there.  I miss seeing that so i know what i would get whenever i was about to upgrade my company

This fails to mention that attribute points can also be gained through 16 hour activities, Help Bell, Lucky Box, etc...
At least make it noted that there are more than the two methods you have listed.

I noticed when u start login the game, when u click on news, sometime, some invisible block appeared. Its shows nothing just a blank box.

When u play the arena, once u click to some opponent which no vitality left, the screen sometime roll up. This will sometime make u click to 'unwanted' opponent (which may harder n for sure lose one lol).

Secretary section always stuck on stacking his/her task smoothly. I usually stack 8-9 tasks but when im back from afk, i noticed only 2-3 tasks done.

During 23:59 to 00:00, if u already stack some task, the routine will hang. No further action can be taken if u mistakenly put some task before 00:00.

In the category Politics and then Committee it says that there can only be 2 impeachments running at the same time.  
For the
4. The impeachment starts from 14:00 per day to 14:00 the next day. Only two impeachments can be under way at the same time.

Would that count as more or am I mistaken.
When on one day you have 2 impeachments running; then the next day 2 more are impeached. Showing a total of 4 impeachments.

The milestone section states that it records major events since establishing of the company, such as Social Class upgrade, stores upgrading to perfect level, company upgrade and company daily revenue hitting a new high. However, my milestone board does not show all of which is stated.

Errors like those annoying paragraph tags in chat? Or that chat will randomly stop working? Or that information on users will randomly stop working (for example, viewing their list of stores will randomly come up with something like "no stores found")? Or when you hit "+" to add character points to an employee it does not update unless you move off the employee page then return? Or like when some of the routines are carried out and the timer page is left up then, when completed, the routine will keep trying to refresh in an infinite loop telling you it has already been conducted? Or when you mouse over stuff to get more info and it does not work? And yes, all of this and more happens in not only IE and FF but also Chrome. Such joys ^_^

In the "Charm" section, it says that "You gain Charm points each time you clean and or disturb a store."
Charm will only increase a certain amount per day. After cleaning or disturbing a certain amount of times, charm will no longer increase that day.

For the gold contract and Diamond contract under the employees category.
I noticed that gold contract is a better employee shown than a Diamond contract.

and yet the diamond states it greatly increases the chance.  Shouldnt a better employee picture be shown there instead? And  [sugguestion] should both state that it wont always hire a good employee maybe.

Also in the cleanliness section, there is a limit to how many times you can disturb a store in a day.  Not just how many times you can hit a particular store, but the number of times you can do it because of your charm level.

Im not a fan of the finance section since it is technically broke...Can you do without this section?

I don't know if this counts as an "error," but when I try to name my stores, it lets me use underscore, but not an apostrophe. Apparently, the system automatically takes an apostrophe as "over twelve characters;" even if the name as a whole is less.

Hi all...

My situation: When clicking the stores to purchase order, i tend to click it quite fast (actually its my randam speed). Most of the time, the page will get hang with the description of one of the store. And it will stuck there forever if the page hang when we are about to click "OK". Because the description is above the "OK" button, i can't click it. So, i need to refresh the page back. It also get hang when i was viewing the entire store. But the description of the store will be gone after a couple of viewing click..

Can you understand what am i saying?Sorry its not easy to describe the situation....

in The Guide LVL 2 Store need a total of 22 not 21, i told that good > exelent was 4 and not 3 but the Sum did not get changed ^^

Error #2: For the company page under "12. Intercontinental Group to Global Corporation", this seems very confusing. There seems to be less requirements for this #12 to #11. Also, the next company level is not "Global Corporation" based on #13. Upgrade effect also has less maximum employee, less stores, etc than #11. Also same for rewards which is less rewards for #12 than #11.
