| Okay I am slightly confused by something.... I understand that there are employees with No talent, then there are employees with different talents. There are some that have intrests and some that are blank.... My question is.... I have for example a blue employee with experience in entertainment... I am in sales.... but he has a (junor) marketing talent.... So my question is unless i put him in special training will he eventually become (experienced in sales) if I keep him on or do I just get rid of him and find employees with experience in sales only? I hope that made sense... |
