TY A TON... I fired 2 blue employees because I thought it was worse than green...  This really helped (cept the part above this...)

lol i HIGHLY recommend you read the guide first. But firing two blues isn't the end of the world. Now, if you fired 2 red employees, now that's a different story....

sometimes is better to fire a red employee than having one with no talent in the wrong industry and all you can do is stare at him and cry lol . but you can still use it in npc but over all is quite useless

Okay I am slightly confused by something.... I understand that there are employees with No talent, then there are employees with different talents. There are some that have intrests and some that are blank.... My question is.... I have for example a blue employee with experience in entertainment... I am in sales.... but he has a (junor) marketing talent.... So my question is unless i put him in special training will he eventually become (experienced in sales) if I keep him on or do I just get rid of him and find employees with experience in sales only? I hope that made sense...

He will NOT change his experience into sales however long you keep him. You have to use 'further training' to train him into Sales xp.

LOL since the race topic was raised, i find it odd, that they only have one black avatar you can choose from, and no hispanics...lol. Dont take this serious because I definitely dont...just adding it in conjunction of conversation....
