Dear Sinnistar,
Employee's name in different colors represents the employee’s level of Experience, besides, only when Industry Experience is in line with your company industry can get the corresponding bonus!

Green: representing the staff is Very Interested in the industry; the store income bonus add 5%
Blue: representing the staff has the Rich Experience in the industry; the store income bonus add 10%
Purple: representing the staff has the Remarkable Achievement in the industry; the store income bonus add25%.
Red: representing the staff has the Unusual Ability in the industry; the store income bonus adds 50%.
Orange: representing the staff is Omnipotent in the industry, increases income extra 75%.
Please move the mouse to the Profession Experience; you will meet the related information.

Thank you!

Oh thank you, this is very valuable information, guys! And you're welcome Moxie!

Ooo and I had it wrong! lol! I thought white was higher than green. I had green as the lowest! :S

But is the only difference between a green and a white employee a 5% revenue increase?

Do higher-color employees have longer Execution, Management, and Confident bars? In other words, is there any reason beyond the revenue increase that I would want purple instead of blue, blue instead of green, green instead of white?

Thanks for any info!

What do the employee colors mean?

For example I have a purple named employee, 5 green named employees and the other white. What do the colors mean and are there any other colors? If so what do the others mean?

You would think that, I however have green and white employees with bigger Management, and execution amounts than Blue and purple employees. It seems that it is just a random number the RGN picks and runs with it. It would help if there were some simple "IF, THEN, OR" statements were used when assigning the values

Coloured employees

Hey! I'm new around, so can you please tell me the difference between coloured employees? Thay can be white, blue, green and red, if I understood well by reading?

Thanks

OK so the order is this white( common ) ; green ( better ) ; blue ( good ) ; purple ( very good ) ; red ( perfect ) and orange ( best ) .
Each color represents the best experience that the employee has . There are 4 different tipes of experience ( sales , service , entertainment , catering ) and if you are in catering industry and your employee has catering exp , this means that the store where your employee works recives a bonus.
Bonuses :
White: no exp in any industry : 0% bonus
green : exp: interested : 5% bonus
blue : exp :experienced : 10 % bonus
purple : exp : successful : 25% bonus
red : exp : preeminent : 50% bonus
orange : exp : versatile : 75% bonus

Dear ellyza_gabby_07,
There are 4 kinds of industry experience: Entertainment, Catering, Sales and Service. Employee with different experience can bring different bonus for the store.

White employee: No experience (No bonus)
Green employee: Shows interest in ** industry (Bonus increases by 5%)
Blue employee: Has rich experience in ** industry (Bonus increases by 10%)
Purple employee: Makes an outstanding achievement in ** industry (Bonus increases by 25%)
Red employee: Has a surpassing talent in ** industry (Bonus increases by 50%)
Orange employee: Omnipotent in ** industry (Bonus increases by 75%)

Experience Improve: Experience can be improved by taking part in training; either in the form of TCN training (Only once in 24 hours with a certain success rate. Cost is decided according to company level) and Gold training (with 100% success rate).

in addition to that, enlightenment can give you white, green etc...employees with no talent random junior (green) talent.

occult training will give them a shift on experience like entertainment to sales or whatever you choose. note that other industries aside from the one you're using are useless to you, so i advise that you don't do occult training if your employee is already in the business that you are (made that mistake once back then and had to do occult again) which costs gold.

futher training by TCN is a hit and miss. misses most of the time even if proficiency is at 960 max. using gold in further training is still everyones sure shot.

don't waste gold specially you're not purchasing.

using a diamond contract is still the best way to get a talented employee and once you got them take care of these coloured employees so they'll not be poached.

cheers!

ok, but how can their colour change? enlighten, ocult training....

You have to do further training to change the employees color/experience. If you use gold to do further training then there is a 100% chance of success, if you just use TCN then there is only a slight chance of success.

further training with tcn might take you many tries, and mutilate some proficiency. I would suggest saving gold and gratis gold for this training

It would only be racist if the black employee could only fill a janitor role in each store, responsible for cleaning, sweeping, and greeting the customers with eye contact only.

Id say yeah then.
