What you guys think with all the forums mergerd into just 4 and into multiple categories.
I dont even know if you will find this thread. what do you think

What the BTO people are doing is a form of control and suppression over the massive bad rep they are getting on here.

Before we had a Questions & Answers and General Discussions. General Discussions was filled with people saying how terrible the game is. To drown out these posts, BTO merges General Discussions with Questions & Answers which has much more active posts. This way, those negative General Discussion posts are overwhelmed by newbies asking the same simple questions over and over again.

Now that BTO has screwed up a lot over the past week and their Technical Support forum is filled with pissed off people, they are also trying to drown that out by merging it with the less negative posts of Suggestions & Feedback. So instead of a forum with 100% bad things, they're probably trying to get it down to 60-70% or so.

Furthermore, there is just no reason for a Guides & Strategy section to be merged with any other forum. It is the best part of these forums and contains fewer, but higher quality threads.

I agree that this level of merging is not called for or even needed.  Pretty soon, with all the threads getting bumped over one another, it'll be completely chaos and near impossible to get any issues out there.  Might as well do away with the forum structure and create a blog, twitter, or chat box for everyone to use so that no one can follow any subject of conversation.

They just are merging stuff. its not like they benefit from merging stuff.

I dont think if you have less forums the forum provider takes less money.
I bet it would be a fixed price for unlimted number of forums and categories.
Why merge them together.

"New forum sucks" wouldnt be the exact phrase that i would use, but close.

Honestly, everything is in a mess. Trying to find what from where is harder than usual, and that's saying alot. I consider this a step back from progression.

I would like to appeal to the admins to consider either going back to the original style or at least creating some sub-forums. The internet is no strange to forums, so you can probably see how most people do theirs.

I like the former Guides & Strategies board where new and old players can find really useful information/gameplaying skills about the game. Once merged, it's hard to find them again and the newbies are asking more and more simple questions, repeatedly. What's a pity!

BTO is getting so pathetic.... This is ther response to all the concerns and complaints... Just delete them all  and start over... Pretending nothing happened... How disgusting. I personally don't like the new forum. People already avoided it becuase they couldn't navigate around it. Now it's all jumbled together.. *shakes head* so sad...

lol even I have trouble finding threads at the moment, but don't worry, it will be reorganized into sub-sections very soon

Well as long as they're going to devise sub-sections soon...I usually use the search option anyways, but it's proven to be difficult to recognize newer topics.

nothing, it was just easier for them to mess this up than fix anything ingame so they took the easy option

well when people see this kind of voting with YES and NO , most of them don't read what is about , they just vote YES ) if you ask me the forum doesen't  suck . But im not saying ether that it cant be better

Some vital information is now missing *cough*Guides and Strategies*cough*  not to mention a few threads that enhanced our whole forum experience! *cough*OFF TOPIC*cough*
Plus all the work that went into Guilds Affairs and Elections is now also lost!!! I feel like my home has been burglarized!!! o.o

I'm totally lost because of the new forum structure.
There is one positive effect of change, for me at least: I have more time now. Namely I don't visit the forum regularly anymore (actually this is the first time after the change).

Notice that you can't post threads in the new subsections, and only replies. So the procedure should be to add in questions to the already existing threads, and if there's none start a new topic in general discussion.
