Let's get this straight.  Buying gold seems to cost basically $1 for every 10 gold.  So if advanced enlightenment costs 4,500 gold, does that mean you have to spend $450 in real money to get one?  And ...

on occasion, I'm told regularly... but have only seen it once, they reduce the costs of various trainings.

like when I saw it, advanced enlightenment to move a junior to experienced, was like, 30g.  and experienced to intermediate, 50, I think it was.
AND (at least during that event) you can use Gratis Gold for it.

I think basically they just mean that you are only allowed to(realistically) use enlightenment during that period. ... or something.

this game does some things in a rather goofy way.

I recruit a new employee and received a message (roughly) "Congratulations your employee has Media Talent" (I could not find the message anywhere again.

BUT.....when I look at the employee' stats it shows No Talent?   Was  the message a glitch or am I just not seeing the Talent for some reason?


(Only two days playing so still learning.)

This has happened again today.  Hired a new employee, was stated that they had PR Talent, but when I check their profile, it says No Talent?  Does their talent need to be trained, enlightened, or something else?  Is it just because they're not in my field (Entertainment)?

just wanted to ask if further training has worked for any one who is trying to train thier employeed from experienced to sucessful (using tcn). I have perhaps tried about fifteen times with no luck . What kind of random chances are we talking about here...

Can I find a list somewhere what the odds are when you use junior training on an emp?
And is the lvl (color) of the emp of influence on this odds?

though if you have more employees to spare, the best way to further train would be to ultimate train. you can find that by clicking
Business - Employee Mgmt - Ultimate Train - Select the color you want to upgrade your employees into.

To upgrade to a blue, you need 3 green employees.
purple - 2 blues.
red - 2 purples.
orange - 3 reds.
etc.

follow the instructions on the top of the page, it will help.

p.s. if you dont already know this, the first 2 junior enlightenments per day only cost you 10000 TCN, so take advantage of that for your employees without talents.
