How to increase talent lvl? Talents, enlightment

Hi I have a question. My employee talent lvls are Junior, how do I increase it to intermediate or w/e comes next? I tried further training but it says it only increases their experience. How do I increase talent lvl?

Dear PhoenixBlue,

Here the steps for upgrade your employees talent: click on “Business”-“Employees”-“select employees”-“Enlighten”-“Common Enlightenment or Advanced Enlightenment(Select)”.

You can upgrade your employees talent by Common Enlightenment and Advanced Enlightenment. Common Enlightenment has a random chance to succeed, while advanced enlightenment will succeed for certain. Players upgrade his/her employees are very helpful for improve companies revenue. Upgrading employees‘ talent costs  gold.

Im just curious how i can get certain talents for my emps. My company chart is nearly empty cause i cant figure out how to get production talents and marketing talents ect...

For the non-gold buyers' method:
The random recruitment method works somewhat for junior and intermediate talents. You definitely need gold contracts, diamond contracts or loyalty employee cards for better quality employees though. Poaching is another method.

For gold buyers' method:
Just buy diamond contracts.

It is 100% random, do recruiting every day(hire/fire employees) you can also use gold/diamond contracts as well, but even further training is random.

Talent you can increase by Enlighten, but that costs too much gold. If you're a gold buyer, go ahead and do it.

Dear players,
Recruit different talent employees are random in game. If you want to increase the high ratio for better talent employees, we suggest you use Gold Contract and Diamond Contract to recruit employees. They greatly increase the possibility of hiring experienced and talented employees. Both of the Gold Contract and Diamond Contract can be sold in shop.
On the other hand, you can send employee to further training in order to increase the employee's experience. There are two types of Further Training: junior and senior further training. There is a certain success probability for junior training. If you want to increase the success possibility, please choose Senior Further Training, the ratio is 100 percent.

Is the only way to get "Expert" and "Master" talented employees through Enlightenment? If so, my corporate structure is going to be a short tree because there is zero chance I spend the coin required to buy enough gold to do that.

You can use Gold Contracts or the Diamond ones to try and recruit talents. Its the cheapest way really. And if you ask me, the only reasonable way - except poaching of course

You can also get gold and diamond contracts from company upgrades, titles, experience upgrades. So you won't have to spend money to get them.

And then there's Luck Fragments. If you play luck fragments, you have a chance to win a green employee with an expert talent. Then you just have to hope for some lucky further trainings and you can promote them in your corporate structure. It is possible.

Don't worry man, I've got around 10 experts just from lucky fragments. You'll get a good one eventually.

Everything about this game is totally random, unless you have colored loyal employee cards for specific employee levels. I have yet to receive an employee higher than the blue level, or higher than intermediate talent with gold or diamond contracts. I have used about 100 gold contracts, and about 50 diamond contracts, and just get average to above average employees.
Seems like they want you to spend the 4,500 gold for advanced elightenment (which is an outrageous price), but I know a few people have used it.
It is also very dissapointing when you pay 1,000 gold fot common enlightenment, and it doesn't work.

I think you are just unlucky, because normally you would get some talents better than junior or more experienced employees from diamond contracts. Considering you used 50 and no luck, then you are really unlucky.

I advise you to perhaps try occult training as it costs less gold. If you have a talent that is not in your industry, you can change him to match your industry by using occult training. Poaching is another method that you may gain better employees.

Is there away to Upgrade Employee Talents for instance i Have a Product Talent Junior is there away to make this better or is it always going to be Junior

1) Enlighten (uses gratis gold first during promotion, then real gold)
2) Recruit or poach and hope for better talent

if ur going 2 poach, make sure it is an INACTIVE player, u dont want enemy's in this game

well i suppose that one day you will have all employees masters and versatiles so adding further talents will keep you playing

exactly, maybe limit it to people who have multinational group or higher thats like lvl 8

Let's get this straight.  Buying gold seems to cost basically $1 for every 10 gold.  So if advanced enlightenment costs 4,500 gold, does that mean you have to spend $450 in real money to get one?  And people actually do this?!
