The system automatically distributes the MIB among the players, there isn't MIB appearing in map. When they appear in your account, you will receive the message in your notification which will be saved 1 hour. During the time, players can accept negotiation with MIB and gain rewards of gold, TCN or store upgrade points. If players don't accept negotiation with MIB within 1h, they will be suspicious of your sincerity and go away to find other players. Choosing the best employee whose Execution and management is higher as well as having high level of marketing talent will be more chances to success in negotiating with MIB.
If you want to gain rewards from negotiating with MIB, you'd better pay attention to your secretary's notification .Please don't let the chance pass you by.

what kind of employer is best to use for mib negociations ? i have a marketing exepert but is not full in execution and management , is better to use him or a full exe + mag

I've ask the in-game CS members the same question, but they just tell me to test myself. I don't actually know if execution or talent has the dominant effect for negotiation; but I have tested that the success rate of getting GOOD rewards from MIB using high execution is about 50% or less. So far, I've used a marketing expert with not so high execution, I'm 1/1. Choose the one you believe.

The employee whose Marketing talent as well as Execution and Management are higher will be better to negotiate with MIB. It will consumes 5 Confidence points and 1 investor’s Credit after negotiating with MIB. That means the employee you sent to negotiate with MIB should have 5 Confidence points at least. MIB i think is completely random i just make sure i stay in chat and be active

MIB is a system of investment group. After succeeding in negotiating with MIB, you can gain rewards in investment at random.
When MIB reaches you, your secretary will give you a message in Notifications which can be kept for 2 hours. In these 2 hours, you can send an employee to negotiate with MIB, and then gain rewards of Gold or TCN etc. If you don't accept negotiation with them, they will be suspicious of your sincerity and find other tycoons.
You'd better pay more attention to your secretary's messages. Please don't let the chance pass you by.

I'm a couple of days new to the game. I learned about MIBs only yesterday, and after checking my log, I haven't seen any negotiation offers. How often to people usually get MIBs?

Its random.  Some days I get them 3 or 4 times and then go for a bout a week without a visit. I get more TCN MIBs than Gold or Executive

At first, I had trouble with that as well.  I asked around, and someone told me a marketing jr, or a PR jr.  I didn't have those right away when I started, so I used my employee who had the highest management ability and execution ability.  You can see the bars on each employees page, and you can see it when you pick someone to talk to the MIB.

I have a very nice (and maxed) marketing and PR employee.  While they can get me a nice sum of TCN, I've never won a SUP, and have won 2 gratis gold.  I've known people with lesser employees who seem to get gold, and SUPS a lot.
