During the time players can accept negotiation with the MIB and and choose one of your employee to negotiate with them.Then you  can  gain rewards of gold or store upgrade points or TCN. If players don’t accept negotiation with MIB, they will be suspicious of your sincerity and go to find other players.
If you want to gain rewards from negotiating with MIB, you’d better pay attention to your secretary’s report .Please don’t let the chance pass you by.

The system automatically distributes the Investors in Black among the players, which there isn't Investors in Black appearing in map. I've received the visit of the MIB. They want to talk to my best employee and after I've chosen one, I received this message : Negotiation report: You don't dress up to negotiate with MIB, and they think you've shown no respect. So they refuse to invest in you, leaving you a present anyway.

Is there a reason I stop geting Loyal employee card from the MIB?  I use to get at least 1 per day but I stop getting them all together.  Is there a limit on how many loyal employee you can have?

No, you are just unlucky. Last week MIB visited me 2-3 times daily without giving me any employee cards. After that I got one. And now Im back to "no employee card".

Look at the description from the MIB report, it should not imply that way.

Finally the MIB get moved and decide to invest in you.

Either the English in that report is humiliating or there's such a thing as "0 TCN investment", I suggest the BTO team admit the mistake in the description of the report so they can make a correct the next update or make an amendment into the reward.

What kind of investment is 0 TCN, you tell me? lol

MiB is a random event which you are notified by message. There are several types of MiB. To negotiate with MiB, Send your best employee with the highest execution for best results. By doing so, they are drained of confidence and you lose some credit. Keep a keen eye out in your messages, MiB will only wait around for 2hrs and then move on.

Hi,
so i had Gold MIB visit me today. I was so excited..got my best employee out with the highest marketing talent availiable and joined the negotiation.

A super anxious 5 min later i check my notifications, excited in knowing that i would have surely won a reasonable amount of gold.
       
Negotiation report: You meet MIB by chance and have a good talk with them. In the end they give you a nice present.
Gains: 11,748 TCN

I havent felt my heart sink so low...Damn *@#$kin s**t   ...Help..
