Yes, each time you upgrade your company it will increase more chance to use SEA, not 1 each level

How many extra stores allowed to open after use store expansion agreement? It says more stores but I read from the above says One store? What level of the extra store allowed? In the description says when you upgrading your company.... Does it mean you need to use after the company is upgraded or before or during the upgrading? I wish there are more details about this store expansion agreement.

Thanks for your information but my question is How to use it rather than What is Store expansion agreement.

I bought a store expansion agreement yesterday. When I click on the item to use it, it shows up "Receiver", I supposed the receiver will be myself so I type in my name in the field, but it did not work.

You don’t need to use Store Expansion Agreement by yourself. When your store numbers reach the upper limit, if your corporation reaches the conditions of using the Store Expansion Agreement and you have it in Item, you can directly set up your stores in Liberty City, and the Store Expansion Agreement will disappear automatically. And it can permanently increase the setting up stores number. Just one more thing, what is your meaning about "When I click on the item to use it, it shows up "Receiver". Could you describe more details for us? Or you can give us your nick name and server to have a check.

OK, thanks. Do you mean I can create a new store as long as I have store expansion agreement in My Item without using it but just own it?  

Here is how I tried to use the agreement:
I click on the agreement in "my Item", it first pop up Present and Back buttons, as we all understand what Presenting means so I click on Present, then it shows up a blank space to type something in the "Receiver" field. My first thought was, this agreement could transfer to other player by typing his name in the field. So I typed my name in the Receiver field. But it didn't work as what I thought. Then, the OK is not light up. The agreement are expensive so I gave up to think may it presented to the Mayor. So I came to forum to ask how to use it.

In the BTO Wiki, I remember the higher level of the company could use store expansion agreement more than once, fo example, small company one time, medium company 2 times, large company 3 times....

Your said Every lvl of company can only this agreement one time.

I think you have got a chance to use the store expansion agreement while you upgrade your company to a new level. If you don't use it then you lose it.
It will not counting as credit for your next level company.

In your post, you said your small company, which you could use store expansion agreement one time in this level. If you use it then you could create total 6 shops. And, if you upgrade to medium company, in this level of company, you are allowed to use 2x store expansion agreement. That said, even you didn't use the chance while your company is small size but you wont get additional chance to use the agreement in medium size company to make them to 3 uses.

Anyway, I maybe wrong. It is a bit confusing here.

Small company max capacity is 5 stores. Medium company is 8 stores. Said I used one store expansion agreement in small company, then I only have 2 stores to open in medium company if I do not use more store expansion agreement. Is this right?

Or the expansion is extra capacity does not count as normal store capacity so I still can open 3 stores after upgraded from small company to medium company? And if I used 2 store expansion agreements in medium company then I would have total 11 stores?

How do you use the store expansion that comes with the upgrade?  I can't find anything in my 'items' to build 2 more new stores.  I have 8 now and am medium sized company.

With upgrading you get only right to use Store Expansion Agreement, not the agreement itself. That has to be bought in Shop for 298 gold (you can use here also gratis gold).

no its usefull on lvl 4 and above, infact every lvl if it means you dont have to delete as many stores so you gain a little extra tcn

It is only useful when you need 1 more shop to upgrade your company. For example you need 1 more perfect level 2 store to upgrade, but can't build it because you had previously built to much level 1 stores in the last company level. In this case you either remove an excess level 1 store or you use a store expansion agreement to make space for another store

Yeah, terrible level 5's have a base value of 28k. You can make a lot more depending on your revenue bonuses.

You just build them, staff them, supply them, and leave them and they make you a bit of extra money. You don't need to upgrade them because they're just bonus.

I have 4 extra stores that make me about 900k in revenue every day now because of Store Expansion Agreements.
