I have a few questions about the Store Expansion Agreement,
the description says the following.

'You can open more stores with this agreement. Every time when your company is upgraded, you can use this agreement once.'

Just to be certain, does that mean you can use the same one after you upgraded,
or you have to buy a new one everytime? Also is there a maximum of one on this item, or can you have multiple (thus increasing the shop limit even more)?

Hello,You can buy "Store Expansion Agreement" at mall.It will help you create one more store.And every lvl of your company can only be used this prop once.(Limit:private-sized company can not use this aggreement.)And also you can get more store by upgrading your company lvl(business-company infor-upgrade).

Alternatively, you can upgrade your company level. You'll need 1 perfect (lvl 8) store first though.

AFAIK, You'll have to buy one for each one. I'm assuming since you can purchase multiple ones - but if you find out let us know!

I just bought 1 store expansion agreement and I can't figure how to use it.
Could anyone give an instruction how and when to use it?

You can use the store expansion agreement to increase 1 store for your company,click "character-items" to use this agreement.
There are two limits about using this agreement,
1.The private company cant use store expansion agreement.
2.Every lvl of company can only this agreement one time.

I have a large corporation and can't seem to figure out how to use the store expansion agreement.  Any help please?

According to your situation(Large-sized corporation),you can use the store expansion agreement to increase one more store for your company(even when the number of your stores is upper limited.),and this agreement can be bought at MALL.Click "Character-Items-store expansion agreement icon-USE" to use it.

We have tested in your account and firstly we notice you that this agreement canbe used twice when you are large-sized company and we also checked that the upper limit of openings stores in large-size company is 12,but now yours is 14,that means you have use them twice.Secondly,to present this agreement to other players ,you need to type his/her NICKNAME ingame correctly.

Does Store Expansion Agreement mean that I will forever have a +1 store limit or is it just good until my next company upgrade? In another words, my next upgrade will be Group Corp (I have already used a Store Expansion Agreement) so will I have a 21 store limit or just stay at 20?

Good day! There is no doubt that when your company upgrade to Group Company, you will own 21 stores. And we notice you that every time your company is upgraded, you can use this aggrement for one time only. Thank you for supporting BTO!

I am still confused as to the function of this. The item in the game says:

Description:	You can open more stores with this agreement. Every time when your company is upgraded, you can use this agreement once.
Effect:	Enables you to open more stores.

but when I used it, it disappeared form my inventory! And then when I upgraded (from small corporation to medium), my limit only went up by two! How do I use it again? The description of the item DOES NOT clarify that it CAN ONLY BE USED ONCE per purchase. I was under the impression I purchased the item and got to use it PER UPGRADE I did to the corporation. This is VERY misleading. Please fix it as I paid real money to purchase the gold for this in-game item and feel I was VERY mislead as to it's function in the game. The Effect should say something like: "Agreement can be purchased and used once per corporation upgrade to increase your total number of stores."

even this answer is VERY misleading. it does not answer prolit's original question "does it have to be repurchased. PLEASE clarify IN THE GAME.

I can't believe I spent $30 on this crap...I thought it'd last longer than ONLY BEING USED ONCE.
