I am only a Multi nat. Group  yet all of a sudden i can open 37 stores. I know the cap for this lvl is 30. Also i have not used any expanson agreements or anything. I havent tried to open any new stores but it says i have 7 more spaces. My server is 12 and my tag is Ssor22.

S13 Big Ben .Just downloaded Internet Explorer 9 (beta) which is their next big advancement on the explorer and the chat has stopped working , maybe your tech guys will need to look at IE9 as its Microsoft's big hope against FireFox ,Chrome and Opera and as such when it gets rolled out as a Critical update could cause you a lot of problems.meanwhile i'm about to download FF to access BTO.

also - I might as well start reporting these things as I find them.  Sometimes in ARENA matches (EDISON 24 server), I click on attack for the player immediately before me (example - if i am ranked 51, I try to challenge the player ranked 50) and I get a message that the ranking difference between us is greater than 20.  Several observations:

1. only appears to happen with the player immediately in front of me - If i click on player ranked 40 using the above example, it always works
2. appears to happen most often right after i complete another match
3. If i wait a period of time and attack player 20 it will work fine

Now - my opinion: I think that some task is off updating rankings and the compare operation between my rank and the player in front of me for some reason hasn't updated (a = vs=>  problem?).  You may want to check hte comparison condition - as well as forcing a ranking updated immediately after a match rather than async somehow.

I just played store expert venture... I clicked on the bottom left hand ticket..

the page was very slow and asked me three times--- I hit ok all three times waiting to see what I won.

It finally opened and showed the Coupon in the bottom left... but said I won a 1000 dollars, that was in the bottom right??? Really? I finally got it and it won't give it to me.

I still cannot open my individual stores pages, no matter where i open it from, or how long i waited.. The loading image will appear and disappear, but the page still do not load. IT is as if I have not click on the link before.
1. Business > Stores > Stores names
2. Business > Employees > Employees Name > Stores Name
3. Stores > Stores Names

Not just stores, my schedule, block deputy pages do not load either...
i am using firefox3.5, ie8.
I have tried clearing cache, restarting my browser, still no use...

On the wishing tree bottom level one of the boxes is to be president of a guild, i am a president but this still says unachieved. any idea why?

Because wishing tree ended like 6 days ago and it needs to be a guild of at least lvl 3

its says guild president, OR member of level 3 or above, ive taken that to mean 2 separate things. on server 30 there are 21 days left on the wishing tree

Nope it is also President of a lvl 3 guild.
Wording isn't exactly perfect but that happens when you use a ,
If you break it into 2 literally the second part would make sense either.

The maximum stores allowed for my company is listed at 51, but it won't let me build over 42 stores.

When I logged on this am certain screens seem to be loading wrongly. When I open the mail/messages screen, all messages are on the same page. The page extends down so far that you have to use the mouse wheel to scroll to the bottom of the page. The same happens when looking at stores and employees, as well as when trying to communicate or assign a routine to an employee. The list covers the add to queue button.

this is not nesserly a bug i wouldn't of thought but i have a question to the store expert adventure on s 23 every single time since i have come on here and gone for the fun fair to do SEV every single time without fail i can only seem to get 1000 tnc and nothing else no matter what card i pick. would it be possible to adress this so that people can win somthing other than this?

Mass cleaning and mass interactions are only showing up as one on the apply for investment. They should be showing all stores cleaned or all players interaced with. Can this be fixed please?

I think there is a bug in the system...some of my activities do not get recorded..holding a meeting, training employees etc do not get updated in the 'make and investment' section...also, i cannot see my halloween package...am i doing something wrong...or is there seriously a bug there?
