Have you ever bought a leadership/strategy/wisdom scroll or material? scrolls, strategy, leadership, wisdom

I have seen people trying to buy such scrolls for about 100k or even 1000k TCN, but I think they expire.
Has anyone ever bought or even seen such scroll?

Seems like the materials are the rare items. I bought a K100 scroll but have never seen the material for this or other nice scrolls being sold in the trade center

Right now on S1 Wall street someone is willing to pay 100k for a Leadership material.

Mr Earp, you don't need the money to get one. Actually, it is not available for sale in the shop, so buying gold with real money won't get it.

ya I have wisdom I scroll and leadership I and II scrolls. cant find the mats though... I think its me btw that has the 100k for leadership mats on s1.    just trying to find out if they are even around. and if they are what the going price would be.. I would probably pay more then that honestly.

I've recieved all mine from intellect training and promotion employee routines. they say they add to your stats but since I cant find the materials to make em I really cant say for sure.

I've bought a materiel that I've needed about once every two days, they usually come in bunches and I snap them up like a turtle in tall cotton, before anyone else even knows they are for sale.  It's a dog eat dog world out there people, you have to stay alert to win in this game, this life and especially in tall cotton.

I think they're only an urban legend on S6. I have only known 2 people to have one of any of those scrolls.  I have tried to purchase them, and I would pay 100k to have one.  No such luck though.

I've gotten the materials once from doing employee routines but that was a long long long long time ago I haven't gotten anymore since then. That 25 attribute points was nice! I guess finding the materials for a level 4 will take twice as long. Probably longer since the odds of finding rare items in this game is usually stacked against a player.

Ele The scrolls are for; Leadership Wisdom and Strategy depending on the level of the scroll it distrubutes a set amount of points into one of the 3 areas. They are very rare to find hence why they are so expensive.

I'm on S12 I see them, but never seem to be able to snag one.  But I'm not looking to spend 100,000TCN - the leadership II one is suggested at 210 so I try 2100 and the leadership I said suggested price of 3125 or something in the 3s.  Which does not really make sense.  no luck in obtaining either one yet.

I have seen those scroll for sale in trade on S7. Myself i got them from employee routines, "Planning". I guess you can get them from your guild allowance as soon as you are LVL5 or higher.

Hi I never seen any stat boosting scroll for sale on server 18,
and lots of buyers all the time.
At first glance 100,000 TCN for 25 attribute points (scroll) would be
better than 100,000 TCN for 1 attribute point (16 hour activity raising social status),
but wait you also need to find the materials ! else you dont get any of those 25 points...
If by miracle you already got the materials, then  its really worth buying even at 100,000 TCN,  thats costs like a luck fragment attempt and its a 100% chances to win.
