When you encounter a problem and can't enter the game, please help yourself before asking: Re-login or clear your browser cookies.

I have cleared my history/ cookies/temp internet files and am still unable to log in... if i click on the play game button on the official website it just opens an identical website... please help!

I have had this happen to me as well and I had to wait a couple of hours.  I e-mailed and was in contact with them throughout the day and they said it was working but I could not login.  After about 4 hours I could get back into the game.  Not sure what causes it but it has happened to me twice so far.

When deleting your cookies, you can't be at the BTO site. Go to google.com or something like that first, then delete your cookies.

All I had to do was sign out and sign in again...worked fine for me...didnt realize others were having the same problem, though.

This ill work for about 95% of the people having problems, but not all of them.

I know I was unable to just log out of the website, so I tried deleting the files.  Deleting the relevant cookies SHOULD log you out from the website.  I know I am on Vista and my options by default KEEP cookies from websites on my Favorites, so I had to close all internet windows, unselect that option, delete the files, then go back to the website and log back in.  Then it worked and I started getting the actual website come up.

I had a much more complicated problem last week. For 2-3 days every time I went to the BTO site both Internet Explorer and Firefox said it didn't exist, like they couldn't find the site. I tried clearing everything, logging into multiple computers, everything. But eventually it finally did let me in and I don't think I lost any employees or anything besides for some SUP and a few million tcn I would have made. Anyway the only thing I can think that could possibly have caused it was that I'm behind a firewall at the college I'm at, but I've never seen it block something for only a couple days. Usually if it does block something it almost never becomes unblocked.

Anyway it's not a problem now, but if other people start having the same problem it may be something you guys need to look into. Cause after 2-3 days I think quite a few people would just quit, I nearly gave up on it.

Yeah, 2-3 days is too long a time for you to wait, I suppose. We are always keeping an eye on the login issue, and hope the 2-3 day down won't happen to other players. Our technicians won't hesitate to fix it once we find a problem or get issue report from players.

is this how no matter what you did when you put in your info it just shot you back like it refreshed the page if it is plz let me know

ive had the problem before but dont have it now i dont think i deleted the cookies tho i dont remember it was a month ago

I was having a heck of a time trying to actually log off of the BTO home page, it kept just kicking me right back to where I was, and would not log off.  Finally, I tried to delete my cookies and history, and it worked. Thank you for posting this up here, you saved me from so much frustration.

I had this problem a lot today and tried everything and it wasn't working.  I just went to my history and clicked the link and it let me in.

Deleting Cookies let your Computer not being saturated most of the times.

Love all the info but None of it is working for me. I tried to log on at around 6:00am it's now 6:11pm and still no luck. I do not play on firefox and won't. There's nothing wrong with it but I'm paying for AOL and as long as I pay them I'll use it. I have deleted all cookies and add-ons three times and no luck.It seems to want to work but it just gives me my regular screen but doesn't have any buttons to push or hardly any words.Thanks for your time on this.

I Have no idea what you guys are talking about i never seem to encouter this problem. I haven't deleted any cookies or ever cleared my history since i bought my computer and still i seem to logon fine.

sometimes youl find you cant connect to any BTO or dovogame website for upto a hour while others can, then it magically works, but 95% of times just clear casche etc and reset your ip (power off modem for 30secs)

I don't know what you guys are talking about.  I have never had trouble with BTO on my computer besides the slow loading!

Sometimes you still access the old data as your IPS hasn't like flushed DNS.
This worked for me once but i dont know if it will always work.
click on start -> Run -> (Type) CMD

then type in " ipconfig /flushdns "
Press enter.


Sometimes a simple refresh, or restart of browser can easily do the trick.

Playing quietly when I disconnect the server and I could not logear again, and tested with other servers without problems.

For the past week I have been having severe difficulty getting on the game.  About once out of a dozen tries works and lets me in, but most of the time it just takes me to the main page.  I have been unable to play for a long time, and clearing my cache and logging off and back on doesn't work.  This happens on all servers.  I need some serious help.

S36 Login problem has start around 7:55 ( server time ) and from then i did`nt succed to log in ..
I deleted the cockie,history,private data,i defragmented my hardisk to be sure that is`nt from my the problem .. Pls can u help me ?
