Purchase never happened ....(Replied)

Hello,

I have 16 stores, and since I lost my VIP status I always try to purchase big amount of merchandise at the same moment because it cost me Gold. And that's what I did this morning so I was just waiting for the end of the operation. so after 2 hours I just checked on my stores list and found : NOTHING.
At this moment I still have 7H before closing I just don't know what to do, there's no way I would put the same amount of money , it has already cost more 72,000 TCN,
Is there any solution ?

So in order to not see my stores closed I had to buy (NO CHOICE) merchandise, but now there's another problem, one of my stores "Lalis Snack Store" has less than 1H of stock but the system still refuse to let me buy for it !!!!
Could you please do something to fix that ?

We have checked your account and found there is no problem of your account. Your stores "Lalis Snack Store" has less than 1H of Factory Goods, but the Common Goods can remain 125 hours. So your store "Lalis Snack Store" has enough stock and no purchase needed. You just can switch Factory Goods to Common Goods, then you can purchase goods after using a number of goods.
