Employee Guide

A tycoon must be competent in managing his men. Employees are closed related with stores' revenue. Today, let's discuss something about employees in Business Tycoon Online.
1. There are Common employees, Middle-level employees, Professional employees and Elite employees in Recruitment Center.
2. Employees of different levels have much effect on your company's revenue. Employees' abilities can be increased by training.
3. Common employees can be promoted to be Professional employees by training.
4. You cannot check whether they have special skills or not during recruitment. You can check that after successful recruitment. There are some probabilities to recruit employees that have special talents.
5. Some staff that has special experience related to your industry can increase your stores' revenue. Using the items of Golden Contract or Diamond Contract can absolutely obtain employees that have special talent.
6. Some experience that is not related to the right industry can be transformed by "Occult Training"
7. There are five levels of special experience: great interest, rich experience, extraordinary achievement, super ability, and omnipotent. The more level you can have, the more extra increase you can gain.
8. If your employees' loyalty is too low, they may fire you.
9. Employees' loyalty can be increased by holding a meeting, communicating or promotion.
10. After signing a new contract, employees' salary will be increased, and their salary is calculated each week.
11. if employees' ability and loyalty points reach 50, they can be promoted as store managers; the store managers can take a further study to gain new skills.
12. You can apply to the directors for invested funds during the board meeting held once a week.
13. You can change your employees' nicknames; try changing your employees' nicknames as friend, companion, or boss.
14. Staff training can be chosen from 10 mins to 60 mins. The more time you have chosen, the more effective it will be; while the training fee will be higher too.
15. The employees that have been promoted take into office right away, while you cannot demote them in three days.
16. If you want to increase your employees' loyalty, you can use the item of "green juice". Buy it in the Mall.
17. The employees' loyalty is lower than 90, other players can press the button of "poaching", and then do the poaching in 3 different means.
18. Employees' ability points are 100 at most. You can gain more attribute points through routine work or training work, which will add your employee's executive and manage attributes.

Use employee training, routine tasks to raise ability to 100 after that the same training / tasks start raising Management or Execution skills. Or you could buy superfush soup at the mall

A tycoon must be proficient in managing his workforce. An employee's attributes are closely related with a store's revenue. Today, let's discuss an employee's role in Business Tycoon Online.

  1. There are 4 available skill levels (Positions) for employees in Business Tycoon Online based on that worker's ability score.
    (a) Common         [  0   - 24   ]
    (b) Middle-Level    [  25 - 49   ]
    (c) Professional     [  50 - 74   ]
    (d) Elite                [  75 - 100 ]
  2. Employees with higher ability scores will increase the revenue of their store. Ability scores can be improved through Employee Training as well as Routine Tasks and  Communication. Personnel can be trained for 10, 30 and 60 minute increments, longer training sessions will cost more but also yield better results.
  3. Workers who's ability score have maxed out at 100 will instead gain distributable points that can be applied to their Execution and Management scores. Higher Execution and Management scores will allow employees to perform more advanced Routine Tasks that will produce more TCN, distributable points and a larger increase in Proficiency.
  4. Increased Execution scores will improve the results of Price Strategy attacks against rival corporations. Higher Management scores will result in more effective defense against rival attacks and increase store revenue. Both attributes will be crucial later in the game for acquiring and defending NPC landmarks for your guild.
  5. During recruitment the game does not provide any way to determine the quality of an employee before hiring. An employee's experience, the industry or industries that experience is applicable to, and any special talents they may possess will only be apparent after you've signed an employment contract.
  6. There are items that will increase your chances of hiring an above average employee. These are the Gold Contracts, Diamond Contracts and the Loyal Employee Tickets. Contracts can be purchased in the Mall or rewarded as prizes but Tickets are only given as rewards. Only Tickets will guarantee that an employee has experience in your industry and increases the potential of a special talent.
  7. If an employee does not have any experience in your industry, this knowledge can be transferred with the application of Occult Training.
  8. There are five levels of experienced employees.
    (a) Interested
    (b) Experienced
    (c) Successful
    (d) Preeminent
    (e) Versatile.
Employees can gain more experience through Further Training.
  9. If your employee's loyalty score is too low, they may quit when their contract expires or be poached by a rival corporation.
  10. Employee's loyalty can be increased by holding a meeting, communicating, promotion and rewards. Green Juice can also be used to raise a worker's loyalty score by ten points.
  11. Salaries are calculated each week. After renewing a contract, an employee's salary will increase with these available options
    One week contract  (10% raise)
    Two week contract  (8%   raise)
    Four week contract (5%   raise)
Auto Renewal can be activated to renew all contracts as they expire but in that case all salaries are increased by 50%.
  12. Once an employee's ability score surpasses 50 points they can be promoted to Store Manager which results in a 5% revenue bonus. Only one employee can manage a store. As you build new stores move your more experienced employees there and promote them to gain the bonus immediately. Managers can't be demoted for three days following promotion.
  13. From the Investor tab you can hold a Board Meeting with your investor to gain more credit, promise a rise in profit for the following week and gain a greater amount of credit or lose that same amount instead, or exchange your credits for further TCN investment by Michael. Credits can also be used later in the game for vehicle upgrades.
  14. Employees can be renamed up to three times for free after that you will have to use Gold to rename them again.

i believe you can use the credits to buy cars. if you go to the dealership there is an option to buy a TCN car with credits. its about 50% of the total cost of TCN as credits

so 20k TCN car would be like 10k TCN and like 100 credits or something (general estimated amount)

not sure if you can use credits with gold to buy cars.. tho i dont see why you cant.

There are three options when you schedule a board meeting. The 1st option lets you exchange credits for TCN. The 2nd lets you gamble on the board meeting and either gain 20 credits or lose the same. The 3rd option usually results in a 10 credit increase.

You need to amend this significantly.  It should be Employees can gain more experience if you are wiling to pay through the nose for the gold, or you hit on worse odds than that of hitting 00 on a European Roulette wheel.

I have a question regarding talents. If you recruit a junior talent will he remain a junior talent or will he advance? The only way to get an employee with a higher talent level is to luck into it recruiting one?

I know this is prob a dumb question but do the management and execution caps increase at all and how important are they in relation to (junior talent)? Would it be better in the long run to have someone with low M&E caps and junior talent or someone with overall higher M&E caps but no talent?

The management and execution caps increase when your expirience level raises.

In general, there is no importance in relation between the expirience and the talent. Expirience gives some amounts of bonus to the revenue, and the talent do the same. There is no extra bonus of the worker has both expirience and talent.

Some people throw away their expert talents couse the worker has no expirience in their business. Its wrong to do that since the expert talent have 20% income bonus, even if he has no expirience in the business you are in. That kind of worker is actually better than a blue worker in your business with out any talents.

Note though: The only time the relation of management or execution caps are of importance when you are looking for putting a worker into the Corporate Chart. In there, some spots needs for example an expert talent and at the same time the worker must have 200 points of management or execution.

This means that that expert talent either needs to be purple or red in expirience to be able to work as a director since the expirience level increases management and execution cap.

you have to enlighten that employee 200 gratis gold or 10 gold i think to be junior 500 gratis gold to become intermediate or 30 gold and so on

Hey! 540443893, A store can only have 1 store manager.
In order to promote an employee to store manager they will need 50+ ability points.

Dear Avizec, the colour of their names represents their experience level.
Whites are unexperienced
Greens are interested
Blues are experienced
Purples are successful
Reds are preeminent
Oranges are versatile

Also the higher the level of experience the higher the capacity of exec and mgmt.
