I played BTO just now; however, I didn't take long to conclude the experience of Stores, just for novice reference.

1.        You can gain 100% income when you build your level one stores in Residential Zone. If low level Stores are built in Commercial Zone, regional competition will affect your revenue.
2.        With the increasing of your Stores' business, establishing Level 1 and 2 Stores in Residential Zone, Level 3 Stores in Downtown Zone and establishing Stores above Level 4 in Commercial Zone will gain more income.
3.        If same type of Stores were opened in the same street, Stores will be increased the value of competition. Also, competition will have a direct impact on the value of income.
4.        You must have enough staff and goods in Store; otherwise, your Stores will be closed, and the rent would be still deducted when your Stores are under cessation state.
5.        You have to carefully consider the options when you are purchasing. Such as, the one-time purchasing a large quantity of goods, it will lead to significant increasing the costs in warehouse inventory.
6.        You can get one Store upgrade points in every four-hour. Level one company accumulate up to 6 upgrade points, and level 2 company can accumulate up to 7 upgrade points, and so on.
7.        Stores promotion can increase the revenue, but if you frequently use the same way, there will likely result in false, and your popularity will decline.
8.        If you want to relocate your Stores, you may use the "Moving Company" item, and your shops will relocate to other places.
9.        Every Rookie has 7-day period of protection. In this protection period, you do not have to worry about being a strategy attack from other players, but it also can not attack others.
10.        Stores income is billed on once per minute.
11.        In the Store List, move your mouse to Store's name, it can display a detailed income and expenditure.

Hi Echoplexo,
We are so sorry that the game don't have the function of upgrading for stores' business. However, when your company reaches a middle level/ Medium-sized Company, you can set up your stores of the second-level business directly.

I set up a store and removed it by mitake trying to move its location, it was my third store so now all I get is corshairs in cursor what can I do.

Mhh I was wondering what exactly is considered as two stores of the same type. Is a Billard Hall in competition with an Arcade? Is an Eatery in competition with a Snack Store?

Eatery and Snack Store aren't  the same type,a Billard Hall and  an Arcade also aren't  the same type , what exactly is considered as two stores of the same type meants same industry store, such as you create a eatery , then the anther player create  a eatery in the same block too, that will have competition.

Okay so I have upgraded my store but I don't know how increase the stores level. Any advice on how to move towards getting a factory built?

1.to upgrade your store lvl,you need store upgrade points and certain amount of TCN,the requirementS of it you can see is in BUSINESS-STORE LIST-XXXX STORE-UPGRADE.
2.to bulid a factory,you need a factory assistant and your company achieve small-sized.
PS:How to find Factory Assistant?
     A: You need promote Factory Assistant from your employees. If you have an employee who has talent for the product talent(junior), and your company reaches small-sized company level, then you can promote him. Detail operation:click Business-Company Structure ,and click the button which have changed green Factory Assistant.

I am using the common goods now in my stores, but i can't use my own goods in the warehouse made from my factory. How can i switch the store's goods to my produced goods in warehouse? when i tried to switch good it kept saying that i don't have any goods in warehouse since i have 40 of them class H goods.

KinaHira, make sure you have goods of your own industry. If you have goods from other industries, you wont be able to use them.

I have my own goods in my warehouse but it seems i just can use the goods bought from the mall like "specialty goods" (i guess what it was called). I never use other industries' goods

Stores that are built in wrong zone will have a negative effect on your daily revenue. For example, if you build a level 2 store in Downtown, it will decrease your income slightly. Proper store placing is as follows:

    * Residential Zone - First and 2nd level stores
    * Downtown Zone - Third level stores
    * Commercial Zone - Forth and fifth level stores

Yes, you can demolish one. You have to go on Stores, select a store, and up in the upper right corner there is a button that says remove, this removes the store.

(2) Do I need to close my stores every day? Or can I leave them open for 3/4 days in a row? If I need to close them, how long does it take to let me open them up again?

Another, as to the time of opening stores, you can purchase enough goods first. And then check out how long will it last in store info page. Generally, it just can only be sustained one day.

You get 1 SUP every 4 hours, and to be exact it's at 0:00, 4:00, 8:00, 12:00, 16:00, 20:00 server time. You also get them from newbie package, perhaps certain funfair events, and guild allowance (lv 4 +).

Hello, im a medium sized business now, with 4 stores.  I tried to build a lvl 2 store (icecream), but dispite me buying stock and trying to open it, i cant, it tells me to recruit someone.

I then recruit someone, but i cannot assign them to my new store, can anyone help?

I'm not sure if it's a difference between servers, or if it's a change that's been made since this original guide was written, but level 1 & 2 stores are for residential, 3 is for downtown, 4+ is commercial.  Otherwise your lvl 2 stores in a downtown area will experience a zone effect penalty.

right now i am a few hours away to upgrading from medium to large corp. and I saw that at large I could be also only lvl 2 stores.
my question is:
to reach a 100k TCN income/day how many stores/what level do you have to have?
now I am at arround 50-55k TCN. and I kinda set myself the 100k TCN/day target and would appreciate any advice on how to reach it.

Hi Ruffus,

It's fairly easy to reach 100k tcn/day at large corp level.  A couple of suggestions for maximizing your income:

1) Use your best employees in your level 2 stores, because your basic revenue in lvl 2 is about twice your basic revenue in lvl, so you'll maximize your employee bonus.  

2)  It's a good idea to stack your 2 best employees in the same store, then your 3rd and 4th best in the next, etc.  Doing this can garner you upwards of 40-60 percent income bonus.

3) Try to avoid having too many goods in your store at one time.  I buy goods every day for each of my stores, to avoid the storage fee.  You can pay upwards of 5-10 percent if you get too many.

4)  If you're going to use player made goods for the bonus, be sure to use them in your lvl 2 stores first.  Again, the bonus is calculated off the basic revenue, so level 2 stores get a higher return than level 1.  If you buy player made goods, don't pay too much for them - 35 tcn per item for G quality, 75 tcn per item for F quality - you can't always get them for that price, but paying more than that, then putting them in level 2 stores will make you lose tcn.

5) Make sure you have promoted an employee to manager in each store.  At level 2, each store that has a manager gets a 5% bonus (or more).
