Promotion event that makes people pay 100 USD for any special package? I wager it's not as enticing as seeing a Store Upgrade Coupon in the item mall.
I recomend adding Store upgrade point Coupons to the mall as sellable items.
They could come in bundles like Chest Keys.
You buy 1 at 100% price, or Buy 10 of them at 85% price.
Will this make players progress faster? definatly.
Would it increase your Revenue (BTO money intake). Absolutely.  
If you doubt my agreement take a look at the poll above, which is signed by how many players would like to see Store Upgrade Coupons in the Item Mall for a fee of about 20-50 Gold each.
And dont forget about leting players buy them with Gratis gold.

If you sell SUPS at 200g = $10 each would be a good deal, although 10-40g would sell alot more + the money people would spend on buying accelerations

Now that WOULD be something worth spending gold on - assuming they'd be priced 20-50 gold per coupon, not 500 gold per coupon...

There are only a few things that keep the stability of the game, one of those are exactly this SUPs.
Consider it this way also, Dovo will earn more money but the players that don't play won't have a chance to keep up for a fair game on ranks, and there are people who doesn't afford so they will either quit game or be forced to pay for sups to keep up... if the game will start to suffer from bad popularity it will stop the influx of new players and etc.
A game which doesn't have a monthly subscription and is based on item mall should have a little balanced considered to the players that don't pay cause those all players bring fame to a game not only the size of the wallet.
I think you get it what I'm trying to say.

I think we should be able to purchase SUPs in the mall with TCN! (Not everyone has access to large amounts of gold!)
It takes forever waiting for them the way things are now! It would certainly enhance my game if I could purchase that needed, ever so absent, "last" SUP!

The players on which you're making a reference are those like me, and believe me we aren't lucky.
Spending 16h a day doing things around pc from which playing BTO and using 30times for each "Read Newspaper" and "Thinking" routines just to find max of 2sups a day if you're very, very, very lucky isn't called imbalanced... they only spend more time in game that you do, is not about balance is about spent time in game.
I get 100k from routines a day that's more that my daily revenue which kept me flowing above water, cause some players which don't buy stuff are disadvantaged  by players which payed to beef up their employees exp with bonus revenue, the list can go on and on and on... so changes must be calculated and is simple for Dovo what they will want more money or fame for their game.

i also think this is a horrible idea, its the one thing that gives the game balance.  also sups are one of the best benefits from guild allowances.  selling them would make that almost obsolete.

if you put SUPs in shop only gold buyers will stay and play this game

game already dieing becouse of insane gold prices and you need gold for everything

Beside buying Store Upgrade Coupon in the Shop, there are still a couple of ways to get store upgrade point yet, for example, you can take it from the guild subsidiary, concerning the items in the Shop, we try to make some prop can be available with gratis gold also.

Instead of putting this in the shop, you could instead offer a repeated log in reward for the SUPs with increased price.  
-First SUP remaining the usual 1 Gold
-Second SUP=100gold
-Third SUP=500gold

This would give the people willing to buy gold a chance to receive 3 extra SUPs, without shaking the balance too much.  It will slightly reward those that buy gold, offer a slight increase for DOVO's income, and not rattle the newer or less wealthy players as much as open market SUPs would.

-OR-

As an alternative, put SUP's in the market, but remove the accelerate upgrade option for shops.  This will give the buying player a slight advantage over the other players in the latter half of the game, but still restrict him to the same timers.

Personally, I like the first one.  But, purchasing sups with accelerate option will result in buying players getting board because of a lack of difficulty, poorer players getting frustrated quicker, and in the long run, the avg "lifetime" of a player being greatly reduced.  This would be a good burst source of income for DOVO, but in the long run, a much higher attrition rate.  The longer you keep players, even the non-paying ones, playing, the more chances new players are introduced, the higher potential income.  

Take a lesson from Wal-mart, there's more money serving the billions of poor over and over again, than over-charging the rich every now and then

how about a weekly contest to win sups. whoever grows their  business the most effectively in respect to brand value and tcn earned not bought and factory achievements, offered to large and limited corp., then group to muliti corp etc. separate level contests for the different level companies might be more fair for contest. payed at end of week and then another for end of the month like th npc rewards. Im sure bto can come up with some type formula to make it fair, stressing contest should not include buying tcn for obvious reasons.

As other players have said this will create a division between paying and non-paying players. With no chance of being competitive the non-paying players may stop playing all together.

The reason most online games have a free-play option is because they need players to survive. I'm not sure there would be enough paying players to keep the game alive long term, especially if they are continuously spread over more servers.

In almost 2 months of playing this game, I received my FIRST SUP through Thinking yesterday, yet there are people who win them constantly.
