A company must have a clear and specific structure. To improve your structure, you have to assign your employees into proper position. Only employees with proper talents are qualified with the positions.

Tycoons are complaining of the scarceness of talented employees, employees' poor aptitudes and high cost of Enlightening. Today, after carefully thinking, I found some tricks really useful. You will get talented employees at very little price.

1 Stock Gold/Diamond Contract every time you log in BTO

As is known to all, one will definitely get a talented employee when recruiting with a Gold/Diamond Contract. Every day, after he logged in, one could exchange for a Gold/Diamond Contract in "Login Rewards". Log in every day and soon one will hold a large amount of Gold/Diamond Contract. Now, rush to find your right employees!

2 Exchange employees with your friends

It is quite often that one gets a talented employee but find it a pity that he has not any interest in his industry. Of course, Occult Training will solve this problem easily. But there is another way, that is, to exchange with him for the one you want with your friends. In fact, besides being an essential method to attack others, Poaching is also a convenient way to exchange employees with your friends. It is pretty useful!

3 make full use of Company Upgrade Package

Every time he upgrades his company, one will get a "Company Upgrade Package" which may contain Gold Contract and a "Loyal Employee Card". "Loyal Employee Card" is quite precious because with it, one is sure to get a loyal and versatile employee and probably, he would be rather talented. What's more, such kind of employee will never leave you in any circumstances. Of course, there will be another story if you fired him or failed to pay him salary.

Best way is to PM in game about who you want to trade with your friends. That way you can get their loyalties down, in secret, to make it easier to poach from one another The risk is, of course, that somebody intercepts if they know about it.

When you communicate with your employees use Fulmination it always make it go down ^^

You need to have Gold not Gratis Gold, and exchange it in the login rewards. In the login rewards you will see:

-Recieve TCN
-Recieve TCN
-Exchange 1 Gold for one SUP
-Exchange 1 Gold for Gold contract/Diamond Contract/Superfish/Green Juice (this one varies each day)

in reality (from experience) Gold contracts are good for lower level greens and a few blues and the rare purple...if you really wanna shot at landing a great employee diamond is the only way to go!

Yes.
Also make sure you have protection paid for, for your rare employees.
That way no one can poach them.

Further training seems to only improve ability and loyalty ....

GUC , you cant obtain talented employees with further training, some of the ways you can obtain them include: loyal employee cards (company upgrades, mib) gold and diamond contracts as well.  or you can conduct "enlightenment" training and obtain a junior or higher talent level employee as well.

This talent issue is too haphazard. What if through any of the methods mentioned above, you never get, say a marketing talented employee?

I think the staff routine tasks should be geared towards gaining the talent required just as in real-life. For example, distributing flyers should improve experience in marketing.

Well, on my case i did the reading resume routine after the routine i recuited a employee with gold contract then gained a successful catering exp employee and entertainment exp with a media talent. I dont know if it was just pure luck or the reading the resume did the job.

Reading resume just can give you 1 more chance to recruit, but it doesn't add to getting better emps. You got luck with that gold contract =)

you can also get ur secetary to look through CVs so you can find the best employee

Imo the best way to get talents so far is luck fragments. I've done a few mass recruits and always ended up with only 0-2 junior talents in my field (1 intermediate talent once I believe), but from fragments I've gained the rest of my higher than juniors..

I don't know, maybe I've just been very unlucky with the contracts (gold and diamond ones alike) and lucky with fragments.. still worth mentioning to those with equally bad luck with contracts. ;)

i have a question about loyalty. i 've tried poaching some employees, ( and my target player is inactive ). i investigated 2 times before poaching, first times it said that his loyalty is 60, 2nd times it said that his loyalty is 80. So i keep going on with investigating, and i realized that it varied alot .Why is that ?

It depends on the attributes (execution in particular I think) of the employee that you send to investigate.  The loyalty that gets reported back will be the loyalty  +/- some random number.  The higher your employee's execution, the lower that random number tends to be, and the closer the reported loyalty is to the actual loyalty.  Moral of the story:  to get a more accurate loyalty report, send your employee with the highest execution attribute.

How to use a recruitment contract or other contract?

Going to iventory, then click gold contract and use it.
But when you go to Business, recruiting.
How do i know i get a good employee?

For recruitment agreement, just lets you have 5 more recruit opportunities and does not guarantee good employees. To use gold or diamond contracts there are two ways:
1) Use them 1 by 1: Click a random employee in Recruitment, then click "Gold Contract" or "Diamond Contract"

2) Mass recruitment: To use this option you need 10 recruiting opportunities and 10 gold or diamond contracts.

To see the employees you hired, click Employees and check after.
