How many employees win is fairly random. Having only 1 employee win, even if you send 6 maxed purples, is well within the realm of possibility.

That said, i wouldn't expect it to happen 5 times in a row...

Not all maxed employees are created equal. Confidence is the average of Mgmt & Execution combined. When selecting emps, I sort my maxed emps by confidence and start my selections at the top and work my way down.

This works well for me, but I make no claims that it is the best or only approach.

As long as BTO-CS216 wasn't mistaken, this http://btobbs.dovogame.com/viewt ... 8&highlight=npc explains how the NPC landmark mechanics work.  Basically, the system creates a set of employees that are blue level or better and randomly matches them up against your set of employees. In each match up, the employee with the highest sum of execution, management, and confidence is the winner.  It is unknown if the system's employees are completely random or if there is some adjustment according to your level, employees, choice of landmark, etc.

could it be, if you send too many purples and higher to a low level landmark, that you will fail?

No, you dont.

Based on your screenshot, my suggestion would be to focus on the 8 person, or maybe even 6 person, landmark with your purples & higher. Blues are extremely iffy, at best. I wouldn't send blues to anything higher than Peace Park.  I think you will find that you will get better scores by NOT including blues and going for a smaller target.

In my experience, Purples with confidence below 180 are only slightly better than blues.
I would consider a solid negotiating team to be purples & up with confidences of 180 or higher.

This is just my opinion and your mileage may vary.

I find that persistence also pays off. Keep sending the same team 2 or 3 times (to the same landmark) and scores tend to go up while if you switch team members around, you could continue to get lousy results. It almost seems as if your "team" improves a bit when you keep it together and resist the temptation to make changes.

Again, this is entirely anecdotal and based only on my limited observations so your mileage may vary.

and i really hate this "Record 1-3" system!

everytime you get a good score, it follows by a bad score.

and if you want to correct the bad score, the good score will be overwriten with a bad score again!

I have sent fully maxed purple and blue employees and it seems that the purples lose all the time, and blues win some of the time.  None of my employees are doing any training or routines during it as well. Oh well, guess I will keep trying

if there was no random.. all players got a "Guru Negotiator Medal" and in top10 was only players with orange/red emps !

I agree it is random, but it would be nice to win every now and then.  Kind of like further training.

Does prof. count at all, I can't understand why some employees just have a better chance when they have lower confidence.

Proficiency does not to count when doing NPC landmark battles, no. Its only managment, execution and confidence that does. And like with anything else in BTO - its all about luck

I sent 4blue with junior 1 blue with expert and 1 purple with intermidiate all maxed but only won 33score.

There is a delay between an employee rebuildingconfidence and when that increased confidence actually appears on any"Employee Listing" screen (i.e., Staff, Employee Selection screens,etc.). For example, right after an NPC negotiation, open the STAFFscreen and look at the confidence level of any "losing" employee. Nowopen that employee's individual screen. Note that the confidence justjumped by 10 or 15 points simply by opening the employee screen. If youdidnt just raise confidence to full, repeat in 5 or 10 minutes (thisdoesnt increase the speed of confidence growth, it just speeds theposting of the new values, so doing it every minute gains you nothing)."Forcing" confidence updates in this manner can get confidence back upto full MUCH faster than just waiting for the system to update it and is sometimes just as good as Popcorn.
